Utah's immigration list

Hello,
All right this issue is all over the news, and the Fox news message boards are all aflame with praise for the two state workers who created this list. Some are going as far as calling these women "heroes". What really upsets me about this whole story, is the news media has not told us how many of those named on the list are undocumented workers. This matters to me because if these women just picked out Hispanic names and threw them on a list we should know that.
To me this is not an immigration issue, it is a privacy one. I am one of those people who have information stored with workforce services, my privacy should be just as important and protected as anyone else s.
The misconception seems to be that those of us who take offense at this list believe that people should come and go as they please. This is not true, we simply want to see a country that stays true to it's foundation, we are all of us immigrants. The Native Americans didn't ask us to come here.
What we need is to make it easier to legally come to this country. We also need to help stabilize Mexico, they are our allies.
The people on that list are people who are doing the right thing they are using the proper channels to find work and help provide for their families. The women who created this list are not "heroes" they are people who took advantage of a position of trust given them by the jobs they held. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  1. The Arizona law was written to protect the Arizona borders; during the past 15 years, the federal government has failed to commit.

Many all over the internet about our borders. US Citizen's are being murdered by these people also.

Its getting worse its all over you-tube and the news about our boarder's safety.

There is no immigration problem in the USA, its about our safety and violence on our borders, a out war on US Soil.

Utah and other States will be passing this law somewhat like it or close, like it in 2011.

    http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/49leg/2r/bills/sb1070s.pdf read the actual bill.
States "The provisions of this act are intended to work together to discourage and deter the unlawful entry and presence of aliens and economic activity by persons unlawfully present in the United States." Did it say Hispanic's or a race, NO. It says Aliens meaning someone illegally here without citezenship or proper papers, that means any race or color.

    These people did it right...

there a good example of this.

These people do it wrong and take our tax dollars Illegally not only that there using some others tax ID. Which is wrong! Most of them send there money to there families in Mexico which is one reason we are having a hard time money wise here in the USA because our money isn't staying in circulation..... And its not just hispanic's its other races and colors even whites, but the hipanic's are panicing and bringing the attention to them thinking we are being racist.

"We also need to help stabilize Mexico, they are our allies." We need to stabilize our own country before we can stabilize others. Others need to learn how to stabilize there own. America can't take care of every country that is our allies we aren't there mother, when we can hardly take care of America.

What those people did at workforce services was wrong in a manner privacy but for me to judge such a situation and not know who is on the list and to even say that their all Hispanic people I would like to see it to believe it before I judge those people. Our privacy is being breached everyday even when we are on the internet but it don't make it right for people to be here illegally. That's like saying its ok to do something against the laws of the land.

It is already easy to be here legally, citizenship isn't hard to get in the USA. All countries require some kind of citezenship not just America.

Being an undocumented alien is a misdemeanor (this is not racist its for all colors and races). It's a felony for a CITIZEN to provide assistance to an illegal (such as getting them jobs, hiding them, transporting, warehousing them, Using others Tax ID's for them, Identity Theft). The illegal immigrants that we are all most worried about are the hardened criminals. These people make their money via criminal activity.
This is a problem like letting a murderer go free or any other misdemeanor or felon.
But finally people are seeing the problem and taking action.

These are many of the reasons I stand Against Illegal Immigration. Its to keep America safe.

  3. Sanctuary cities expose the DoJ lawsuit as a cynical hoax. Because while SB1070 merely uses state resources to help enforce Federal law, sanctuaries "actively interfere" with those laws - a charge Holder absurdly levels at AZ. Sanctuaries explicitly violate 2 Federal statues, yet the DoJ is not suing a single one. Worse these lawbreak...ing cities are costing Americans their lives, as this article and others point out. AZ has done a true service to the nation, not only by putting the issue of immigration enforcement front and center, but by exposing the dangerous Federal hypocrisy on sanctuaries for all to see. Americans will learn all about it over the next 3 months and political leaders who espouse open borders and sanctuaries for illegals will pay a steep price. Remember in November.

Tones of information to help you so you know both sides of the issue.

    Hope it helps.
